硕士生导师。主讲非织造学、纺织材料学等4门本科生课程,主讲纺织复合材料等研究生课程。参编教材3部。国内外学术期刊发表论文40余篇,申请专利6项。江苏省“双创人才”,主持山东省研究生教育创新计划项目、纺织工业联合会高等教育教改等项目,主持和参与纵横向科研项目20余项。
